Learning & development specialist, trainer, coach, certified yoga instructor and a minimalist with a degree in counseling psychology.

I write about what I’m interested in and what motivates me - minimalism, less waste, health, positive psychology and happiness.

A while ago I found a statement that really spoke to me: “everything in life should be like art.” Every moment, every, even the most mundane task, should hold some element of beauty and art in itself. What you surround yourself with, how you drink your tea, how you dress, how you move. Everything can become a piece of art.

For me minimalism is a tool which, through simplifying and eliminating, helps me focus on what’s most important and beautiful in life. Without distractions.

Minimalism gives me a sense of freedom - possibility to move and travel as I please (currently I live in Seattle, Vancouver and Łódź). Minimalism gives me a sense of lightness. Minimalism helps me live healthily and consciously, helps me take care of myself, my loved ones and the environment.
